INTERNATIONAL HUMAN DESIGN FESTIVAL
This policy applies to purchases made through humandesignfestivals.com, including 2027 Festival tickets and Festival recording products. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
The International Human Design Festival takes place 4–7 February 2027 · Online Worldwide. If you are unable to attend, the following cancellation schedule applies to Full Journey and VIP Journey ticket purchases.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to office@humandesignfestivals.com. The date we receive your written request determines the applicable refund level.
Full Journey and VIP Journey tickets include the Festival recordings. If you miss part or all of the live online Festival, you can still use the recordings included with your ticket. Missing a live session does not by itself create an additional right to a refund.
Recording collections and individual lecture recordings are digital products. Once access to purchased digital content has been supplied or made available, purchases are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where we are unable to provide the purchased content.
If you purchase the same recording twice by mistake, or you experience an access problem that we cannot resolve, contact us and we will review the purchase.
If the International Human Design Festival is cancelled by the organiser, ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket price paid. If the Festival is rescheduled, we will communicate the available options to ticket holders, including transfer to the new dates or a refund where appropriate.
We are not responsible for costs incurred through third parties or personal arrangements unrelated to the online Festival ticket itself.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. Processing times can vary depending on your bank, card provider or payment service.
If a refund has been confirmed by us but has not appeared in your account, first allow the processing period stated by your payment provider. If it still has not arrived, contact us so we can check the transaction.
If physical merchandise is offered through the Festival shop, returns and refunds for those products will be handled according to the product information provided at purchase and any mandatory consumer rights that apply. Please contact us before sending any item back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.
